White or with herbs, savory or sweet, seasoned with a little butter or tomato sauce: the gnocchi are well cooked in any way. The only real commandment that they are like those hand-kneaded and that we have the characteristic "pimples a fior de pansa", or those signs due to a light rubbing on the grater. A simple dish, obtained with a few ingredients, which is always very successful.
